Welcome to VREJA London.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases made through our online store.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Our Products

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images and ingredient information for all products offered on our website.

Product colours, packaging and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on different devices.

Please read the full ingredient list and directions for use before using any skincare product.

If you have known sensitivities or allergies, check the ingredients carefully.

Our products are intended for cosmetic use and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. For e-gift cards, the contract is formed when we send the gift card to you.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a genuine pricing error has occurred or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will issue a refund.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP).

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may change product prices from time to time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver physical products to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in our separate Delivery & Returns Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of entering into the contract.

Products are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us, or to someone you have nominated to receive them.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

In addition to statutory cancellation rights, VREJA London offers a 30-day goodwill return period for eligible products.

Goodwill returns are subject to the conditions set out in our Delivery & Returns Policy, including requirements relating to product condition, hygiene and packaging.

For most online purchases, customers also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

If you cancel under your statutory right, you will need to pay the direct cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or incorrect. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is sooner.

If a returned product has been opened, used or handled beyond what is necessary to examine it, we may reduce your refund to reflect the reduction in its value.

Our goodwill return policy does not reduce or replace statutory consumer rights.

7. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us at contact@vrejalondon.com or use the contact form on our website as soon as reasonably possible.

Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject faulty products and receive a full refund. After 30 days, you are entitled to a replacement, or, if a replacement is not possible or does not fix the problem, a price reduction or refund.

We will cover the reasonable cost of returning damaged, faulty or incorrect products.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Gift Cards

VREJA London offers digital gift cards in denominations of £50, £100 and £200.

• Gift cards are delivered electronically.
• Gift cards can be redeemed through the VREJA London online store.
• VREJA London gift cards do not expire.
• Gift cards may be used across multiple purchases until their balance is exhausted.
• If the purchase total exceeds the available balance, the difference may be paid using another accepted payment method.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

Statutory cancellation and refund rights apply where relevant.

9. Promotional Offers and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, complimentary products or other special offers.

All promotions are subject to their stated eligibility requirements and conditions.

Newsletter Welcome Offer

Eligible new newsletter subscribers may receive a 15% discount on their first qualifying order, subject to the conditions communicated with the offer.

Shopping Bag Offers

Where advertised and available:

• Customers purchasing one body butter may add one eligible VREJA shopping bag for £5.
• Customers purchasing two or more body butters may qualify for one complimentary shopping bag.
• Orders meeting the advertised £100 qualifying spend threshold may also qualify for one complimentary shopping bag.
• Complimentary shopping bags are limited to one per qualifying order, subject to availability.
• Customers may choose from available bag designs.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional discounts cannot be combined.

We may amend or withdraw promotions for future orders but will honour promotions already validly applied to accepted orders.

Any qualifying spend thresholds, exclusions and applicable dates will be communicated with the relevant offer.

10. Newsletter and Marketing Communications

You may subscribe to receive product news, offers and updates from VREJA London.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, product designs, branding, logos and graphics, belongs to VREJA London or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

12. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website accessible and functioning correctly.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may occasionally suspend access for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

We are not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where the law requires otherwise.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory consumer rights.

We are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of these terms or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, except where the law provides otherwise.

14. Privacy and Cookies

We respect your privacy.

Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy and cookie information for details about how we collect, use and protect personal information.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version applicable to your purchase will be the version in effect when your order was placed.

Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer residing in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction that apply under relevant law.
